How can we help you become the best You?

 

  • Group Fitness Classes: We offer limited group classes each day. Join the class program to enjoy a welcoming environment of training together, learning new skills, improve technique and have a coach by your side to guide you every step of the way.

  • Individual Programming: Individual Programming will help you achieve your personal goals with a program tailored to your specific needs. This program gives you the option to train at our facility, or elsewhere if you find yourself on the road for other life adventures. 

Open Gym

 

We offer daily Open Gym times for member and non-members. Those on the Individual Programming option may come in during any of those time to complete their programs. For anyone looking for a gym to follow your own programming - this is the place for you as well! Sign up for an Open Gym Membership, or Drop-Ins as fits your schedule.

MEET THE COACHES

JEANINE VAN DER SLUIJS
CF-OL1 Certified

Jeanine is a CFL-1 Certified Coach and has current First Aid and CPR. Jeanine found CrossFit through the ASDC program in Red Deer in 2010, this is when CrossFit became her main form of strength and conditioning to supplement her vaulting career. Being a high performance athlete and coach in another sport has given her many years of experience coaching youth and adults of all ages and abilities.

 

Jeanine also has a background in coaching gymnastics, circus, vaulting and flexibility. She grew up on the family dairy farm, which means there was always lots of work to be done every day and she enjoys an active lifestyle! She’s extremely passionate about coaching and helping people grow - her favourite part of coaching is seeing someone fully commit to the program and learning to love the process.
